There are many teacher training programs available today ...Not all of them prepare a yogi to stand in front of a group of people and guide them confidently in a spiritual discipline. I feel strongly that newly qualified teachers need support and guidance to make the transition to yoga teaching a less intimidating one.

In this mentoring program I cover many different topics which prepare you to guide your students with grace and in a way that is authentic to you. I cover topics from how to theme a class, creative sequencing, anatomy, stronger adjustment, how to hold space as well as much more.

I remember what it feels like to be a newly qualified teacher ... nervous and unsure. This mentoring program is about you finding your voice so you can unlock the potential of your teaching. This discipline has helped me find deep compassion, it has also been formative in facilitating my self inquiry and personal development. I believe teaching is about authentically communicating your passion and your learnings in a way that resonates with people. In a busy marketplace, with lots of energetic pressure on your body and your time it's hard to stay true to what made you fall in love with this discipline. But this is the role of a good teacher. How do I teach something from my heart which makes me feel peaceful and still in a world which is bustling and frantic?

Each teacher is completely different and brings their own story and struggle to the mat. These sessions are private and tailored  entirely to your needs. The program generally consists of 6-8 private sessions, 90 minutes each, focusing on areas of most concern to you. Please do get in touch if this is something of interest to you.
